Delivery Locations
We currently deliver within Zambia only. Specific delivery areas are listed at checkout. If your location is not covered, please contact our customer service for assistance.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. The final cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after confirmation.
Express Delivery: Available in select locations, with delivery within 1–3 business days. Additional charges apply.
Please note: Delivery times may vary during holidays, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s status.
Delivery Requirements
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, additional charges may apply for redelivery.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
You received the wrong product.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used assistive devices.
Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.
Custom or personalized products.
Clearance or final sale items.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the item (if applicable).
Our team will provide instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For other reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping charges.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued after the returned item is inspected and approved.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items only, subject to stock availability.
